WHY CONSIDER BOX-IT?

Keeping children physically active is more difficult – and more important – than ever and Box-It is one of the most engaging, enjoyable activities that will ignite your child's love of exercise. Box-It classes offer a workout while teaching kids about discipline, persistence, and hard work, all without ever being boring.

WHAT IS BOX-IT?

Box-It is a boxing fitness class with participants situated around a free-standing punchbag. Simple drills like throwing lead hooks while circling the heavy bag help to improve coordination, footwork, and balance. It improves the participant's ability to transfer their weight from one leg to another correctly and improves their ability to move fast on their toes.

BENEFITS OF BOX-IT

  • Increased confidence and self-esteem

  • Improved fitness levels
