Chair exercises effectively assist you to exercise and move without putting undo pressure or strain on your body. Movement works to lubricate joints and keep them flexible, strengthen and stabilise individual muscles and increase blood circulation. This can result in a decreased number of falls and an increased ability to better accomplish day-to-day physical activities.

The exercises are primarily aimed at the elderly but would suit anyone who has mobility problems or who is recommended such exercises as part of rehabilitation after medical treatment.
