Yoga Relaxation & Soundbath Sessions 

Breath work and sound has long been used as an introductory practice for meditation. 

This is a wonderful way to relax and let go of stress and strain in body and mind opening you up to a lighter & more relaxed way of being.

Join in and practice some yoga pranayama breathing techniques for calming and balancing the body and mind then prepare to lay down on a comfy mat with blanket and pillows to listen to the sounds from crystal bowls, tuning forks, gong, drum, chimes etc. The soundbath experience can be deeply relaxing and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed in body mind and soul.
