Personal Gains - Ladies Fitness

Personal Gains is a bespoke facility nestled away within the former RAF camp site of Kirton in Lindsey.

Females of all ages & fitness abilities are supported, nurtured & encouraged to exercise to their given potential. Each plan is carefully implemented to suit & maximise individual 'Personal Gains.'

A singular & unique approach to exercise can be expected. Behind the name, lies the clue.

Whilst engaging in weekly exercise, expect  anonymity & confidentiality.

Expect gentle progressive 1-1 tailored planning each week.

Look forward to a non threatening bijou environment within a happy, friendly & relaxed atmosphere.

Do not expect social media bombardment, accountability requests or constant vexing from tutor to client.  

Personal Gains prides itself in its warmth & welcoming of all females wishing to embark on a fitness journey that perhaps seems 'the impossible' right now.

Gym hire & equipment is also available for private use (uncoached exercise).

PT: £18 per session payable in 6 week block. (£108)

Private Hire: £28 per month.


It’s not a workout, it’s a morale and confidence booster. After your first 45 minute workout you will start to feel so much better physically and mentally. What’s stopping you from feeling so much better than you are right now. Kathryn and her gym will make you feel proud of yourself, well she did me and I have been with Kathryn since she opened her gym and she’s still making me feel good. I was never a gym fan but always had a dream about being a runner. During 2022 I attempted couch to 5k for the 2nd time then I saw Kathryn’s add for PT and use of the gym. I decided that use of a personal gym would work well for me, no pressure to go and no competition !! I was a novice, didn’t really know what I was doing, I would run on the treadmill and use the rowing machine but 2 mins on the cross trainer and I was completely out of breath. In Oct 2022 Kathryn encouraged me to try PT and what a difference that has made to me both physically and mentally. 15 months on and I absolutely love our weekly sessions, equally I love my use of the gym independently as I now know all the equipment and how to use it to my benefit, I also learnt so many exercises I can do at home. Everything I’m learning in the PT sessions and gym is strengthening my ability to run. 2 I feel toned & motivated and I now have a can do attitude and if I miss a week of exercise I’m not happy. I can’t thank Kathryn enough and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their personal fitness levels.
